TARTU FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL GALA DINNER AT THE RESTAURANT POLPO
We invite you to the Tartu Food and Wine Festival’s gala dinner at the Restaurant Polpo!
The gala dinner will be prepared by Polpo’s Chef de Cuisine, Karl Pajusaar. Hannes Adela, drink expert from Prike AS, will be helping to make the best selections to accompany the food.
In terms of wine recommendations for the evening we will be focusing on Chardonnay grapes and will be showing how wine made from one type of grape using different methods goes together with food.

Spruce sprouts, chanterelle sauce
